That is the difference I was seeing between my test store and the live store. The test store showed the check session cookie and the live did not.

I just ran a different test. I switched my store to desktop so I would see it in the phone but as with the code that normally runs on a PC (just smaller print). I was able to go through the whole checkout and get to paypal. So that means the error is in the mobile OCST screen or the action it is running before it gets to the OSEL. Do you recall if the code saving that cookie is in the LSK and if so, which file it is in?

Yes that function is in the LSK, in util_public.mv function name is SetRuntimeCookies

I think I will skip the conference this year. I am too embarrassed to show may face for the remainder of 2012. I cleared the cookies in the phone's browser settings and everything is working as it should. That is about 10 hours of searching, changing, testing, cussing (from my end and Miva's), going without iced mocha, and all sorts of other serious actions incurred. Keep this in mind if your store encounters similar weirdness with a particular customer's phone.

I left the 100 bonus points active for those who complete an order through the mobile store. That is $5 off your next order on top of any coupon discounts you might have going. Yesterday a few industrious folks were buying $8-10 module updates and applying $5 off points to essentially get modules for a song and a dance. That said, I really do appreciate their help in pointing out issues. I now have the addendum and delivery email with license keys working. I also got the save and restore basket based on the email address working correctly. After I get the coupon redemption working I'll be ending the bonus points offer. So if you plan to update a module, you might want to do it in the few couple hours.
