What's the latest news on digital download functionality being built into Miva Merchant in the near future?
We'd like to be able to provide instant downloads to customers who purchase specific products (i.e. Someone buys a book and gets the MP3 audio version for free via instant download). Download links would be included on customer invoices or in order fulfillment emails and the download links would expire at a time specified by a store administrator.
eMediaSales has a module that does this. But, I'm wondering whether this functionality is planned to be built in to a future version of Miva Merchant before I go and buy the eMediaSales module.
