Solution that allows customer to upload a file(s) with their order?

I would like to allow customers to upload a JPG file with their order for use on custom engraved products sold through our MM 5.5 store.

So far I haven't been able to locate a current module to facilitate this. Any suggestions for addressing this requirement will be greatly appreciated.
