Digital Signature

My company is a service provider that uses Miva to process all orders. Once we add a new customer we also have a recurring charge on their credit card we capture. I'm hoping to find a module or something that I can use on my shopping cart to let customers use their mouse to sign for the initial charge and authorize recurring charges. Is this something anyone else has used?

Check with your processor. Every one has different rules. Some just allow you to use a simple check box next to a statement like " I agree to allow blahblahblah to charge my card". Others require more elaborate "signing" protocols. However, none that I know of require an actual facsimile of a persons signature.
