We are using the Quantity shipping option, but would like to add a new product that would not require a shipping fee. I have tried setting up a separate shipping rule for the product and it works fine - if you only order the specific product. Things gets confusing when you order a free shipping product with a normal shipping product in the same order.
It seems odd that you cannot 'tag' a product as free shipping like you would for a product to be taxable or not.
Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated.
