I run a small eCommerce business and offer a variety of shipping options for my customers, including standard, priority and express mail via USPS.
My question; I really want "standard' to be the first option customers see, and thereby making it the first option they see in the drop-down menu. I want Express to be the last option. We want to offer Express, but because it shows up first some customers turn away thinking that shipping of the product come out to almost half the cost of the product. In short, I don't want to get rid of the option, but I don't it to be in the forefront of their minds.
In the 'online rate calculations' screen of my MIVA merchant login, there are various check-boxes to click the options are available but, at least as far as I can see, no way to select what order they appear in. Does anyone know how to do change this?
I'd be willing to consider any modules and add-ons that would allow me to change the order, even if I had to pay for it.
