Shift Navigation Tree Subcategories to the right

My current navigation tree subcategories appear below their parent and indent a few spaces . I have seen sites where the subcategories jump to the right of the tree. They appear to be on top of the main body content. They collapse when a different parent is clicked.
Can anyone show me the way to do this?

Yes-I wasn't looking at that one but it is nicer looking than the one I saw

Easiest way to achieve this is using jQuery and toolbelt. You maybe also able to use toolkit just in toolbelt it is one line to get the entire category tree in the right format. No sure how this works in toolkit.
