FEDEX - Viking Module

My Viking FEDEX module is not returning rates.


I pay a monthly fee, but cant get service from them b/c it says service has expired and there seems no other way to submit a ticket.
I have made sure my module is current, but it is still notreturning rates.
I have downloaded the file to check for authenticationerrors, there are none.
Here is the error that my file shows.
Error: |Unable to open URL'https://gateway.fedex.com:443/GatewayDC': Error establishing SSL connection:Connection timed out

If anyone could assist it would be much appreciated, thanks.

You have to upgrade the module to 6.0x. FedEx changed their API last week. If you are on the $5 retainer with emediasales then you can download and install the module. be aware that you have to contact FedEx to change your account and read the docs!

I did update the module, I guess I will contact FEDEX

Read the readme doc it tells you what to do and one point is contacting FedEx so they enable your account for the new API.
