Need PHP script that calls in data from the Order Status modules tables

Just wondering if anyone has a simple PHP script that can call in the data from the Sebenza Order Status module tables?

*This is for submitting to Google Trusted Stores, i.e. export the data in the exact format required.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
