Adult Content Warning on Certain Categories

I'd like some input on how we can achieve the following:

A client sells lingerie and certain categories contain mature content. We need to have a popup appear the first time a visitor clicks on an adult category asking them to declare they are 18+ and if so, show the contents of the category. Otherwise show a message. We then would set a cookie to prevent the popup to appear on subsequent adult categories visited by the same visitor. We have a custom category field titled Adult that is set to Y if category contains adult products. We do not want to force visitors to log in to be able to view these categories.

I have not found any modules that can handle this requirement. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This is a pretty specific request to have a retail module available to support it. However, almost any developer/intergrator could do this with one of the tool modules, or a simple custom module. Might want to post in Work for Hire.
