WE sell some bulky items that are expensive to ship by the case. Our terms are $9.95 shipping fee with free shipping for orders over $100. If a customer orders one case, the $9.95 covers the shipping, but if they order several cases totaling over $100 the shipping is free and is killing us. If I add $10.00 in the Price Table Shipping Charges, the customer who orders under $100 will pay $19.95 for shipping.
Is there any way to add $10.00 per case shipping only to customers ordering over $100?
