convert spreadsheet

Does anybody know of a way to automatically convert the spreadsheet layout Miva exports orders as, to a different layout? I have a customer who sends a spreadsheet .csv to his warehouse, but their csv layout is different from the one that's exported from Miva.

Perhaps an Excel specialist could do it. Or someone who can create an access program to do. Other alternative is to create a custom import that uses the spreed sheet the warehouse provides.
