    Hi,

    using miva's new order custom field option. everything is working fine only responses are not showing in merchant notification.

    using below code <mvt:item name="customfields" param="Read_Order(l.settings:order:id, 'HAU')" />
    &mvt:customfields;

      Hi BPS,

      I've duplicated your scenario and everything worked correctly for me.

      A couple of possibilities that could be causing you a problem:
      1. Do you have the customfields item assigned to the merchant notification page?
      2. Are you sure a value exists for that custom field for the order in question? (You can verify, by going to the Custom Fields tab when editing the order in Manage Orders and verifying a value exists for the custom field 'HAU')

      Let me know if either of these 2 situations help you solve the issue.

        I am trying this myself for the first time. The custom order fields do not show up when the merchant confirmation email is first sent. However, if I go to Manage Orders and re-send the merchant email, the values do appear. Is it possibly sending the confirmation email before writing the values to the database?

        I write the values to the database at the top of the INVC page template, so I think my guess is correct. Is there a better place to write the custom order fields so that they can be displayed on the merchant notification email when it is first sent?
