    IE compatibility issue

We have customers logging into our wholesale website at www.dogbakerywholesale.com that are using Internet Explorer and having problems viewing the subcategories. When they click on a main category, the subcategories appear but when they click on the subcategories to view the products, they receive an error message saying that the category is not available at this time. EI is the only browser with this problem. (Go figure...) Short of telling customers not to use IE, how can I work around this problem?

    Thanks.

Ah, by providing a way for someone to see the categories?

(assume that you only allow customers to view products.)

      Re: IE compatibility issue

All categories and products are assigned for customers that are members of the availability group.

This only happens in Internet Explorer - not in Firefox, Mozilla or Chrome.

Yes, but in order for anyone to have the slightest idea of why it wouldn't work in IE, that person (i.e., say myself) would have to be able to SEE the Subcategories in a browser. Unless of course, its because you didn't install the IE Flux Capacity Backflow Filter which is known to specifically exclude sub categories when browsing in IE.

In other words, please set up a test account we could use to look at your categories, since it seems we would need to be logged in to view them.

Issue appears at this point to be more than just IE. FF and chrome yield no results either.
