This order came through but has no transaction PP nor did we get paid in PayPal
I have never seen this Transaction Type: Sale & Tender Type: PayPal on a Miva online order

The first order indicates that the purchaser used their PayPal account to pay while the second went through Payflow and was paid with a credit card. Have you contacted PayPal about not seeing any information about the first one?

My store customer is in contact with his retail customer & Paypal also.

It looks like it was a declined transaction at Paypal on 1st, 2nd or 3rd try... but these didn't show up on our Paypal report.

Most likely a fluke or transmission error on this one.
It was just very unusual for a declined or terminated order (no approval or decline) to end up in Miva Order Processing with an Invoice #
I'll be monitoring his sites orders the rest of the day.
