Viking UPS Custom Integration Module: Negotiated Rates Not Being Applied

Has anyone run in to issues with the UPS Custom Integration module displaying negotiated rates? I have the UPS account number identified which is supposed to ensure that the negotiated rates are being used, but does not appear to be functioning correctly. I have noticed this issue for the last 2 months, but haven't gotten any response from eMediaSales regarding this issue.

Hi Tracy, one of our clients has the same issue. They are getting the wrong rates for the customers. The fix for them was to bump up the rates to display the correct (list) ones. I'll put you in contact with them so you can see if it is the same problem.

I also have the same issue. I've had an open ticket for a Month or Two. Response has been that they are busy and are responding to tickets in the order they are received. We ended up having to just apply a global discount to the rate. Not really sure what's going on over there, but we keep paying our monthly subscription for support...

Ron, so in your case the shipping rates were too high? Because my other client has them too low (cost) so they have to bump it up. Interesting!

The Negotiated rates just aren't working at all for us. We ship a lot with UPS and get a really deep discount. It would be cool to easily pass that on to the customer. The global discount off the standard rates has been working for us, but it's in no way accurate compared to the negotiated rate, due to shipping zones etc.

Hello all,
We are always glad to assist our subscribers. We did have some issues with this module about 2 months ago as was indicated before. There is a fix now. If you have put in a ticket that got lost in the mix I am terribly sorry as there was over 100 tickets that came in during that time. I would ask that you put in a ticket now (even if you had previously) and we will be glad to fix this module for you.
