Admin Panel Not Working

Hello there,
When I attempt to login to my admin panel www.ferretdepot.com/mm5/admin.mvc I just get redirected to the same page except “?Screen=LRDR” gets added to the end of the URL and it doesn’t let me in. We have had some other issues since last night but I think those have been figured out. Only thing I am unable to do at this point is get logged into the admin panel. Thank you very much for any suggestions.

Is your browser accepting cookies? Have a different one you can try from?

The browser is accepting cookies. I have tried to login with both IE10 and FireFox 26.0

I can't place an order either. Checkout just stays on the payment information page.

I'd recommend having your host investigate. It could be that something is going on on the server that is preventing outbound communications initiated by the store. The admin interface may be getting stuck trying to do its license check, while checkout could be getting stuck trying to make a call to a shipping or payment gateway. Would be good idea to upgrade the engine to 5.19 too.

I just ran into this after an upgrade, not sure if it was caused by the upgrade or the upgrade just exposed an incorrect setting. The problem was the Domain setting for AdminURL was listed as https://www.ThisSite.com/mm5/admin.mvc and not https://www.ThisSite.com/mm5/admin.mvc?.

Worth checking out, but needs either your host or access to phpmyadmin to affect the change.
