Go to SFNT page after login?

My client would like the SFNT page to be the one seen after login. Do you see a problem with that?

As long as you have some action (like a real obvious "Thanks ....") on the page telling them they've logged in, it shouldn't be an issue. The ACLN page would seem more intuitive, since there's a higher likelihood a return user would be logging into their account (order status, re-orders, etc.) versus a generic store login, plus you can market to them on the ACLN page very explicitly.

We're trying that now to widen our "they're known for ...." among customers that buy from only one product group.

Not, offers an excellent suggestion to the "Login Goes Where" debacle. Which, to paraphrase (sorry Not), make the "ACLN/ACED" page not just a "Edit Customer Account page" but a "Your Special StoreFront page"...offering promotions, discounts, etc for the special customer. Something we've done a lot for B2B but a case could be made for B2C as well.
