    Site and Support Portal not responding

    This morning we are unable to access the support portal. I'm assuming support is aware of this, but thought I'd check here for an update.

      We are having the same issue with two of our sites as well. I submitted a ticket this morning and they did reply back that they are working on the problem.

          Having same issue with support. My site is down this morning. Off and on for last hour. But out for almost a half hour solid now.

                                          We're back down. Support must be swamped. I've never seen a Critical ticket not get changed to Private within about a minute.

                                              We've been up and down all morning. Sales are down 90%! Just had a customer hang up on me because he couldn't place an order.

                                              Would I still have the same problem if I were on a dedicated server or is this upstream?

                                                      we are also dead in the water. it appears to have been about 6 hours now. must be something nasty!

                                                      Tip: suspend your Adwords campaigns until this is fixed.
