Fatal Error Help

All of a sudden I am receiving the following fatal error anytime the basket is empty. Specifically, if an item is added to the basket all is well. If I remove the item or if I go to a empty basket page I get the following:

Error Code: MER-TUI-MGR-00023
Description: Item 'shippingmethods' threw exception 'no_shipping_methods' during initialization

If anyone can help it would be appreciated. This actually all started when I installed the CBS Shipping SuperMod and the Advanz Calculate Shipping Mods. I don't know if this is purely coincidence or not.
