    Can I change the 'Reply To' email address for Customer Confirmation emails?

    Hi there,

    We get customers replying to their Order Confirmation Emails with changes or additions to their order. All order related emails are received to an email account which isn't monitored all the time as we typically don't have much use for them. We download orders directly from the server.

    I don't want to forward all merchant order confirmations to our main email address as that just plugs up the inbox with hundreds of messages.

    I there any way I can include a different 'reply to' instruction with the customer copy? That way only the replies would be received to our main email account.

    Hi Brad:

    You can adjust the Reply To for the emails. It defaults to the same as the From address but can be changed.

    In your store administration, click on Order Fulfillment Settings on the left menu tree. Then on the right side, click the Template Based Email tab at the top of the yellow/tan box. In your list of store emails, click on the link "Order Confirmation: Customer". You can change the Reply-To field there.

    You can also customize the order emails from that same Template Based Email tab. Click on the Edit Template link to the right of the template you want to adjust.

      Hi Jen,

      Thanks so much for your quick reply and clear instructions.

      I can't tell you how many hours I've spent looking around the back end of the store trying to find this.

      This will make life a lot easier for us.
