Store seems to have a mind of it's own when it comes to emailing out the Stock is Low and Stock is Out emails. The store owner has been noticing that it will send out a low email which is set to trigger when the level is below 4. The only problem is that it's sending it when there are 28 items in stock. My first thought was the store might be using the Restock module, but it's not. I'm checking to find out what the store owner's maintenance routine is - as in are they running the Delete Shopping Baskets and if so, when and how often - looking for any coincidences.
Any other things that I should take a look at before I open a support ticket?
