I imported 75 customers into one of my stores. I don't have complete shipping and billing addresses for my customers. Customers are able to log in and get discounted pricing. However, once they get to the OSEL screen, shipping charges are $0.00 and you can't go any further by clicking the continue button.
If I go into the customer's shipping and billing information on the administrative interface, click update, and then go back into the store, everything works.
Any idea what is going on?
