Haha,...no, I'm on the latest version - worked great. I wasn't able to find any other instructions to adding a comment form at checkout other then that. The other thread I referenced from this year was never answered, so I assumed what I was using was good - it works, all but being able to write to the Batch Report.

I'm not using any custom fields, just made changes to each page template as described. It's worked straight through perfect - comes in both emails, shows at final invoice checkout page, etc.... I edited the Order_invoice which says it's the printable invoice and does show up at the bottom of the printable invoice saying "Additional Information" just no text passes through - in the other thread I mentioned Brennan said: "A direct link to print an individual order is being added in Miva10 and we have a utility we will be putting on the app store in the next week to enable this." - makes it sound like you can't write to the template order_invoice - I checked the app store and don't see a utility to enable it. Guess they are saving it for 10? It's not that big of deal - can just print the email we get but wanted to be able to print from the batch report.Originally posted by Bruce - PhosphorMedia View PostIf you are referring to one of the Templated Batch Reports, make sure that 1) you've selected that custom field. 2) That the custom field item is enabled for that template.

Ah. If you want to save the data collected with Custom Basket fields, you have to save it to a Custom ORDER field (of the same name).Bruce Golub
