I was wondering if anyone had successfully set up iDevAffiliate tracking in Miva 5.5. More specifically, I was wondering if you could share your solution on how that was accomplished.

In Miva 4,Viking Coder's Affiliate Integration module is required to integrate with iDevAffiliate. With Miva 5, they do not offer that module, and I'm looking for some help.

Did you obtain the appropriate tracking code from the Shopping Cart Integration Wizard? (for Miva Merchant, you would click the "Use Alternate Cart Integration" button)

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. With a little help from Bill's ToolKit, I was able to get things working.

Yes, it works wonderfully. It offers both online and offline advertising avenues for affiliates. They also just came out with iDev6 which has even more features (haven't installed yet). It has a great admin interface as well as a robust affiliate interface. I would give it 5 stars.

Dan,

Read your post on the MIVA Merchant Forum. I have a challenge getting my iDevAffiliate 6 to work properly with MIVA 5. Tracking code is on the "INVC" page but sales amount do not come through when an affiliate test sale is completed. Should the code be on another page or does code placement involve programing? Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Did you upgrade to iDev6? If you upgraded did you have any challenges? We got it for our site but it is not reporting sales amounts from our invoice page.

Yes, without a hitch. We use variables created with Bill's Toolkit that can be recognized by iDev6's cart snippet.
