Import from Miva to Fishbowl

Pls Help!
We have just started using fishbowl to control inventory. We are looking at using Miva shopping cart. We are a B2b site and I need to import the PO or customer number from the shopping cart into Fishbowl. We also may need to import the cc card and authorization info as we may want to wait until shipping to get correct ups prices, including air charges or added insurance before we bill. Does anyone know how to do this? Fishbowl says to put the data into some unused fields of the order.dat file then manually copy it over to teh correct field after it is imported. Any help would be appriciated!

We've done a fishbowl/merchant integration, but its automatic. On a daily basis it processes order information from Merchant to Fishbowl.

As for shipping via UPS, there are real-time gateway based modules that will get you accurate shipping rates (or accurate enough) so that you are not transmitting CC info outside of a secure environment. (What you are proposing is against most processing and CC company's policies.)

Can you import PO numbers or account numbers from our clients into FIshbowl?

Most likely. As long as there is an import field in Fishbowl for the specific field, we can grab it and insert it into the correct place.
