We often get customers who can't understand how to change the credit card from American Express (the top choice in our credit card drop-down menu.) Either they don't understand how to click on the drop down or they miss that step & move on to the next screen where the credit card choice is already locked in & can't figure out that they need to step back a screen.
Is it possible to change the default on that drop down to be "Choose A Form Of Payment" or "Credit Card" and then don't allow the customer to move forward until the choice has been made?
The same problem exists with our shipping options. Currently, it defaults to Standard Media Mail. We've had customers in the past claim that we didn't offer any other options & they really needed Priority. Of course we do, they just didn't click the drop down. Is there a way to make that default "Shipping Options" and not allow them to move forward until both the shipping & payment options have been chosen?
