Shipping problem

I currently use quantity-based shipping. $14.95 for first item, $4.95 for items 2-9 and ten items or more are shipped at no additional charge.

It works fine for all my current products and business policy.

However, now I want to begin selling a new product that will retail at only $14.95. I don't want to add $14.95 for shipping on this product. I want to add only $5.00 for the shipping. If necessary, I could sell the product for $19.95 with free shipping but would prefer to sell at 14.95 and add $5 for shipping.

I have Ultimate Coupon module now but really don't want to ask customers to enter a coupon code for this product to get the shipping waived. I would prefer it's automatic.

I have less than 100 products so I could change each product setup relatively easy if I have to do that.

I wonder the best way to do this?

Even if you include the shipping with the item's price, you have the problem of your current module charging for the shipping of that item. You can get around that with this module http://www.emporiumplus.com/go/wcw/PROD/1AA/1AA00019 which lets you exclude specific products from the item count. But you would have to charge the shipping in the product price since the shipping module would not include it.
