On the forms that collect address information in Miva, we would like a best practice solution for international orders.
Our problem is that these people don't seem to be typing in their addresses correctly, so the International UPS module defaults to the "cannot calculate shipping" message and charges nothing. These customers then have to be contacted to rectify the situation. Very annoying.
Is there a wording on the address fields that gets a better response and fewer mistakes?
