Customers clicking "add to basket" yielding a category not available error.

    Customers clicking "add to basket" yielding a category not available error.

    This just started to happen after the last Miva update (a few weeks back) and I'm simply at wits end trying to figure it out.

    When a customer clicks the add to basket from the product page (the category page button works fine) it does actually put it in the basket, but yields the error:

    "Category 'Guardian_Liquid_Cooled,Guardian_Liquid_Cooled' is not available at this time. "


    Of course I only have one category in use with that name, so its trying to double it. Any ideas?

    It sounds like there is a problem with your product page template code. Did you recently make any changes to your PROD page? Did you add any third party modules?

    If you email [email protected] we can start a ticket and take a look for you. It's most likely going to be some bad code somewhere. Maybe an incomplete form or something.
