    Update error MER-UPG-ADM-00002

    Miva Merchant: Upgrade: Error
    Miva Merchant encountered a fatal error during upgrade. The upgrade process has been aborted.
    Error Code: MER-UPG-ADM-00002
    Description: Download of patch file '' failed

    I tried removing and renaming the patches file also. I also noticed the update server URL is blank.

    I'm not sure what to do :)

    I think the last updat it did was core-12

      it is asking for ticket # (Please enter your escalated ticket number into this field. This number is used to reference your case with Miva Merchant Service Club)

        BLUEYFAB,

        I should have explained the process a little better. You'll receive a ticket number after submitting the error towards our support team.

        1) Submit error to our support team at [email protected]. A confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you with the ticket number. Example ticket number ABC-123456 (please do not use this ticket ID).

        2) Fill out our escalation form and include the ticket number from the confirmation e-mail.

          I will do that next week. I am leaving the country for the next 7 days. For now...I'm off to visit all the bars on a cruise ship :)
