Authorize.NET - turning off email customer feature

    Hello,

I need to disable the automated email that goes out to customers from, what i believe to be, the authorize.NET API. For clarification it is the email that contains all of the customers transaction information, including the wrong product codes and "Miva Merchant" for the product description.

I have created a new custom tailored email that incorporates all that information the customer needs and it's confusing to receive two receipts, especially since the order number. and product information isn't passing through.

The orders from my merchant account provider on how to do this was:

"You need to set x_email_customer to false in your Authorize.net API."

    How do I do that?

Any ones help is so greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

you need to do that through the AuthNet control panel, as the email comes directly from the gateway.

Re: Authorize.NET - turning off email customer feature

I have looked in the AuthNet control panel and there is not option for controlling the emails it generates. I am looking in "payment gateway>Authorize.Net Payment Services v3" ta. Is there another place i should be looking?

Thank you so much for your help
