What reports are available for order/shipping management?

The reports will be in PR7 not Core 18 (which will be the release following this release).

It'll be a highly customizable reporting engine that allows you to look at orders by product, date, best sellers, worst sellers, sales by category, etc... all configurable via date range and other sorting filters.

I'm not sure what you mean by Shipping Management so if you could post more specific questions that would be great.

Same goes for Bulk Payment Processing? If you just want to say capture a whole batch, the legacy order processing is still in the software and it can be done that way.

The Purchase Order/Invoice option will be in PR 7 as well

I actually meant reports included with the 'Manage Shipments' and not Shipping Management.

Right now it's only the individual picklists, we'll be adding Invoices as well in PR 7.

In addition Reporting is a big part of what I'll be talking about at the Conference, and we'll be looking to have very robust reporting across the board.

It's under Utilities now, expand Utilities and you'll see it right there.

RC 1 Update and a couple of new videos

RC 1 Update and a couple of new videos:

First things first: RC 1 will be out end of next week. We've finally finished all of the required scanning (final admin scan took 60 hours to complete) and are fixing the known bugs plus the handful of issues the scans found.

Is anyone else having troubles with "Manage Orders"? I have over a dozen test orders that i can view in "Legacy Order Processing", but the area is empty when i look in "manage orders" and "Manage shippments". I just updated beta 6 - please advise if there is something i needed to add... or any literature i should read.

Make sure you log in via secure mode, you can't see the new order processing otherwise. In addition when Wombat comes out, you'll be forced to login securely (assuming you have secure settings setup).

No idea I still trying to figure out order status to set up for my customers ,if there is any help on that ,was told i need to wait for Wombat update for it to work ,maybe so ,

If you're on the Wombat beta you can use Order Status right now. I'll talk to Chuck about a video showing how to add it to an existing store.

Hi All,

Under Manage Orders, I don't see where it says the type of card? ie: visa, mc, etc.. I'm using authorize net.

Am I missing something?

Yo,

It's not on the batch list, but you can see it on each individual order. I attached a screen shot of where it'll show up.

Obviously this is unencrypted (on my test store) and a fake CC number.

Is that something new that will a wombat deal ,mine doesn't show a card number or type and will that effect pci compliance or will it be different for different aplications of how things are set up or differnt processors

Showing the card number is optional at the Gateway level and will not impact PCI Compliance if you're encrypting the data.

Mine doesn't look like that.
It has:
Payment Type: Authorize net
Name on Card
Card Number
Exp date
etc.
