yes, it is part of Wobat. it gives you full control over orders now, including the status, address changes, adding or remove items from the order, and more. I like the fact you can print off USPS and UPS labels with it.
Great! Thanks for the info! I can't wait for it to go live!
I know for me it isn't about conflict, it is about options. I am pretty sure that there needs to be database changes in order to do some of the things that I asked and I think that is what the hold up would be more than anything. it will be worth the wait, I promise.
How will the design thing work? Will it be a switch to switch to the new system, or will all store automagically get converted over, and they'll all have to be redesigned? Anybody know?

No we won't do ANYTHING to your design. This new functionality and pages will be available to you, but you'll need to add them to your site.
The only issued listed was the 2nd line address would not download. I did not realize it was also going to change my ability to get order information that was always there before. Figured I'd add that in the "feedback" since most of this thread is about the name
Will the view orders, allow a customer to reorder that entire basket? We do wholesale and it would be really useful to our customers.
Will the inventory improvements conflict with viking coders inventory manager? We're pretty far down the road with that and switching over would be a real headache.
Has that been tested yet?
Can you give us a viewonly password to the admin?
I"m curious about the new templates.

FlyBye,
I don't understand what you're saying here, can you elaborate?
As for Shipworks not downloading Address Line 2, it's because they go straight to the database and aren't following the API. The API is backward compatible.

I'll have to ask about this.

They're system doesn't rely on ours, so I doubt it'll be an issue. It has NOT been tested yet but will sometime later this week.

Sure. I'm unable to restrict Group activity in the Manage Orders and Manage Shipments section, so I ask that you play with the test orders you created and not the others. For example all of my test orders are designed to show all the various states an order can be in for people viewing the demo and I'd like to not have to police that.
If I'm using Sebenza Ultimate Order Status - and eventually upgrade to this version of Miva which also has order status and Order History - will there be a conflict there? We're using the ODBC connectivity of this module to work with Fed Ex ship manager. Does this update also support ODBC?
