Well they're currently in Alphabetical order according to their 2 letter postal code, so I wouldn't call that a universal fix. But I'll see about adding user controls to allow you to order the states anyway you want.

Are there any step by step instructions on how to use the product variants? Specifically having sub-product variants with different prices set the main product price when added to basket? I followed along with the video from Rick, made variants. But our sub-product pricing isn't taking over as expected.
So specifically -
- What must be enabled to get the sub-product price to take over?
- Are there any special form fields or actions that must be used?
- Also, if we import sub-products using the naming scheme, anything we must do to tie the subproducts to a main product so the variants are "connected"?
Sub-product pricing isn't working for me yet on either sub-products created through the admin or via regular product import. So I'm missing something basic before we even really get to the import part.
Thanks,
james

Thanks Rick - the short answer to the questions is "no". The site was upgraded from MM5.5 PR6 to Wombat after the pages were setup. So I'm sure we haven't applied any template updates, haven't added any items, etc.
I think I posted this in the wrong forum, sorry!

I am having a problem generating a gif file of the UPS label. From the Manage Shipments page, if I click on any of the orders created ( they have ups tracking numbers assigned ) I get a blank screen with a long url:
Bug in Wombat I already shared fix with Paul, Miva support gave me solution to make it at least work on a one-off basis, add &Session_Type=admin to the new screen that pops open to print the label.
Has anyone completed the Label Certification requirements from UPS to be able to start using the labels in production and not test mode?
I downloaded the pdf from UPS "1.12 Customer Integration Environment for Shipping - Package XML.pdf" and I am trying to generate the sample shipments UPS requires. I am not sure how to get the 5 ShipConfirm and ShipAccept XML documents that accompany each gif shipping label generated along with the 8 void XML files for a grand total of 38 files that need to be emailed to UPS for approval. Thanks, Paul
I know wombat can track multiple shipments in one order but can the customer opt to have their shipment split during the checkout? For example if they are ordering one item from stock and another is special order(or backordered) can they select during the checkout that they would like the order split and shipped in multiple packages/shipments? Will it charge the customer two separate shipping charges based on the weights of the packages?
