It doesn't have enough products in it for me to see some issues. From what I saw, there are going to be issues in that store similar to what I and Matt Z have been discussing for the past couple days. I need to see a current CSSUI admin. I'm thinking this one is not exactly right.
I know you mentioned authorize.net and chase will be able to void, refund, authorize and capture in the wombat release but what about Payflow gateways? Will they just be able to authorize and capture?
any ETA on the production release of wombat?
I know many of us are holding our breath for this update.
Christine, actually right now only Chase and Innovative will support Voids/Refunds.
The remainder will support Auth and Capture.
Once we've fully competed a test plan (it's enormous) I'll be able to talk about a final release date. I may only have 3 or 4 days notice between completion and final release.
As of now I expect a complete run of the test plan next Friday the 23rd.
We're anxious to release as well, we're very close.
I will be very courious if my site converts over seamless, once its released ,since everything works great right now ,sound like some good features but still reading a lot of questions ,just want to make sure i don't have to completly redesign our perfectly working sight once Wombat comes out ,some features we are wait on as far as order status and thats about it ,but hoping on a couple thing I have heard and seen about but just hoping its a seamless upgrade and a lot of peole do to .
I know many of us are holding our breath for this update for sure
Quality and Affordable Surveillance Equipment for Home and Business
As a hosting company we offer the ability for our customers to use a proxy server to use an encrypted connection over the Internet without having them purchase an SSL certificate. Basically they go to 'https://www.ourdomain.com/theirdomain.tld/path/to/file' and the 'ourdomain.com' server will connect to https://theirdomain.tld/path/to/file within our internal network (where it politely ignores the certificate mismatch warning).
This has been in use for many years without problem, but there seems to be an issue with the way Wombat creates some of its links when logged into the admin area. As an example, the CSS seems to be going from embedded in the HTML to being loaded externally from an absolute URL. It seems as though this URL is created from a combination of a few environment variables and ultimately ends up creating a link that looks like:
href='https://www.ourdomain.com/path/to/file'
ie, is missing the 'theirdomain.tld' part which creates a broken link.
It seems like a better way to create the link would be to look at the secure path to admin.mvc or merchant.mvc and change it from:
path/to/admin.mvc
to
path/to/the/css.file
or if necessary add a new config with the path to the secure scripts directory.
While this is only CSS it did make the admin area essentially useless for the customer that was running into this problem and I'm thinking this assumption may be made in other areas which would render our proxy useless. Of course the customer can purchase an SSL certificate and bypass the problem, but ideally we wouldn't suddenly have a bunch of stores break if customers patch.
I can create a store that has this setup if it would be helpful to visualize. Thanks for your time.

I'm hoping someone within Miva can weigh in on this. I've upgraded my test store to RC2 and see the problem still exists. Jim has also seen it and recommended I post here to get some feedback on if this will be in the final product or if something can be done that will fix it. I do not believe this has anything to do with PCI related changes, it's an assumption on the construction of the secure URL.
Please let me know if I can better explain the situation or get a developer logged into an admin area so they can see it first hand. If there isn't going to be a change I'd like to know so I can start contacting customers to give them their options on how to handle the upgrade.
Does anyone know the code to display items NOT shipped on the picklist (ie. back ordered item) or to have that item show with a QTY of 0 in the shipped area?
When setting an item's status under Order Processing to Backordered, the store sends an email immediately. If I try to resend the email by clicking on the Order Fulfillment Modules tab of the order, checking the Process box for Back Order Confirmation HTML Email, nothing is sent.
Is this expected, and if so, what's the purpose of the Order Fulfillment Modules tab? The Customer Order Confirmation HTML Email seems to be the only one that is send on demand from that tab.
I am still having this issue even with RC2. What exactly is this tab supposed to do? Can you manually send the RMA, Backorder and Shipping emails by clicking the check box and then the Process button?
I Just tried to upgrade to Wombat using the directions posted in the Q&A section, found at the beginning of this post...
"Make sure your 5.5 store is fully up to date it shows "Software Up-To-Date". Login to your 5.5 admin, expand the Global Settings -> Domain Settings -> Upgrade Settings -> Upgrade Stream change from Production to Beta. Click Update and then you'll notice there are updates available via the streaming update mechanism. Run the Wombat Beta 1 update on your store."
And received the following error code...
Miva Merchant encountered a fatal error during upgrade. The upgrade process has been aborted.
Error Code: PATCH-WOMBAT-RC-2-00002 Description: Invalid patch step. If you would like assistance with resolving this error click the Submit Error Report button below and a Miva Merchant Support Technician will contact you as soon as possible.
