Coupon generator

I've been reviewing some of the coupon modules available and I am not sure if any will do what I would like. Looking for recommedations or advice.

I would like a module that will automaticaly generate a coupon code and email it to the customer when they make a purchase over a certain dollar amount. The coupon would be for free shipping (one of our flat rate options) on their next purchase. Then when they shop again and enter that coupon code the flat rate shipping charge would be deducted from their total.

Any recommendations on a module that would fit that bill?

You can use store morph conditional code to test for the order total over $XXX. Within the conditional you can use a token to generate a unique coupon code. It can be made to be a free ground shipping coupon. Or you could make it to be a specific amount off the shipping no matter which shipping method they choose. So if your flat rate ground is $5 you would make the shipping discount a fixed $5 off. That way they could choose a faster shipping but it would be only $5 off that shipping method so they might still have to pay a few dollars for shipping. That would be more appealing than a free ground shipping which many people dislike.
