its relative<g>....if the output of the cgi file is:

webroot/flyer/{here}, then the css file needs to either be in that directory (webroot/flyer/) or referenced correctly. For example, if you placed the css file in a directory called "webroot/css/cgi.css" then you'd need to link it as "/css/cgi.css"

Would you happen to have a link that shows how to code the call to the css file? I don't know anything about perl.

not really sure what you mean...i assume you have lines like:

printf HTML "<html>\n";
printf HTML "<head>\n";

in the perl script...you'd just use:

printf HTML "<html>\n";
printf HTML "<head>\n";
printf HTML "<LINK href=\'mystyle.css' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'> \n";
