Error when downloading order to shipworks

I get this error when downloading orders from Miva onto Shipworks. "Non-negative number required. Parameter name: byteCount" I already tried "Deleting Expired Shopping Baskets and created a new batch and it still didn't work. oh also updated the shipworks software as well.

Is it Miva, Shipworks, server, database, or mysql??????

Do you have the latest miva download module from shipworks as well?
Is this on a network? If so have you tried from more than one computer? Just thinking anti virus software?

Under utilities you might try unchecking the shipworks module hitting update and then re-checking it hitting update. It should then reset and download all orders?

yes i do have the latest module for ship works and it's not on a network. it was working fine one day. and then that happened. but i'll try to do what you suggested.

already tried that and the same error keeps popping up!!! i also reinstalled the module.

Just curious did you get this fixed? I have been using shipworks both with a beta miva and normal and all is working fine for me

Hey, no not yet. They are working on it(Shipworks developers).... i'll keep you posted!

I still have the same issue! please help have more than 100 orders to download and process. customers are getting angry!

I'm looking into this for you... I know one of our developers had been working on this issue when it was reported. I will let you know what I find.

@vwracer83 - Just wanted to followup again. I know Eric Johnson is still working on this with you... For some reason your server is taking an abnormally long time on the GetOrders request and Apache is terminating the connection (at exactly the 2 minute mark). If you can continue to work with Eric on this, I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it. I believe his latest request was for some server log files to analyze.
