It's available now in Beta 4, but I would hold off until Beta 5 (later this week). Beta 5 will be the first release I think that could be used on a live store without a lot to worry about.

You will want to test on a dev copy first to make sure there's no module conflicts, etc... and learn you way around without hurting your live store.

Oh...so it will be available in the Wombat release? I didn't realize it would be that soon.

When will Wombat be ready for a live store...by the end of January?

Just another question...sorry..In your example if the price of product 1 changes in the store will it also update the price in the kit?

This depends on how you set the price. If you tell it to Sum The Parts, then yes that would impact the price. If you're providing some arbitrary discount or price based on the combination, then no it wouldn't automatically update.

RC 1 will be the end of this month, and the final non beta release will be sometime in January.
