Miva Syncro Issue

Has anyone else who is using the Beta version run into this error when trying to use the syncro

Quickbooks error: Error communicating with Quickbooks: Quickbooks found an error when parsing the provided XML text stream.

The error above is usually caused by a break in communication with the QB company file. We see this error periodically when the network traffic is high and the QB company file is stored on a shared network drive. You can also run into this error when an order is missing data that causes a "break" in the xml. Try running Miva Merchant Synchro again and if you continue to see the error, contact our support team for further troubleshooting.
