Beta2 install won't complete

I can get to the last "Review and Finish Setup" screen in the setup.mvc fine.
On that screen, after clicking the Finish button the browser status bar starts moving but one of two things happens:

1. If I click the Finish button and move the mouse focus out of the button area (like ALT-Tab to another window or just move the mouse to somewhere else on the Review screen) the status inidicator stops like the page is done and I stay on the Review screen.

2. If I click Finish and leave the mouse over the button, the status indicator moves for a while like it's trying to load for a while and then returns this error:

Runtime error in mm5/setup.mvc @ [00000000:00000302]: setup.mv: Line 62: MvLOCKFILE: Error creating lockfile 'mrchsetp.lck': Timed out waiting for lock

I'll have Alex get with you shortly, but I installed my Beta2 on your servers yesterday (check mm55.yellowtee.com).

I can walk you through what I did if necessary.

Rick, I had left the Review screen up from the original attempt and I just clicked the Finish button again and it completed, so something was going on with the last steps and registering the store earlier. I noticed that a regular Merchant 5 install was slower then normal at the same spot in the install after I posted the first ticket (installed on a different server then the Beta).

The Javascript focus issue on the Finish button is still annoying.

I was able to get a second store without the timeout error, except for having to sit very still on the last page while it does whatever license things it's doing before you get the confirmation page. If I move the mouse from hovering over Finish while it's doing that the page loading still stops.
