Odd problem in beta 2

Everything I looked at using default framework looked fine. So I switched to the css. Most screens look ok. But two screens are seriously messed up. The prod and ctgy pages have the nav and category tree as normal. But the content is pushed way down so that the top line of the content is level with the last line of the category tree. How do I fix this. I have not edited the page template at all. I made one change to the nav but then changed it back to the unedited css nav. No changes to the category tree. Are others seeing messed up prod and ctgy pages?

Add storefront to this. The words "Title for the home page" are shoved to the bottom of the page too.
