I tried adding a new shortcut by clicking the link for "configure shortcuts". That brought up a screen that was totally baffling. So I clicked "launchpad help". That gave me a "Forbidden" message with no help screen.

In MM5.5, Launchpad has 5 configurable links.
What this means is you can edit or remove any of the 5 links, however, you can not Add new links to Launchpad.
5.5 Docs are still in the works, so many help links will either be outdated or unavailable.

I was able to reproduce this error. None of the Utility or Module shortcuts seem to update the link properly.
