MM5.5 Beta 3 has been deployed. Its available as a download via: ftp://ftpmerchant:[email protected]/
This update requires reinstalling Miva Merchant.
Beta 3 contains the following improvements:
Added SEO Settings tab under Domain Settings. This tab controls the global settings for .htaccess rewrite rules.
Added META Tag Settings for Products and Categories.
o Added new component prodctgy_meta.
o Updated PROD & CTGY pages to load prodctgy_meta component.
o Merchants can specify the META Description & META Keywords for each product/category.
Updated the Updates Available Image.
When there are no streaming updates available, the image changes to Software Up-To-Date.
Removed Miva Merchant Services label from Left Navigation and reduced the width of Left Navigation by 15%.
Moved the Headlines frame to top of the content area and reduced the size by 30%.
Added save/select/delete framework images.
Cleaned up the CSS Framework (will be released separately).
o Reorganized the CSS.
o Implemented tables for the basket data.
o Addressed most of the reported issues.
Added Apply Framework confirmation screen.
Added a checkmark on the Edit Store >> Frameworks tab which denotes the last framework applied.
Added a confirmation box pop-up on Dreamweaver page import.
Added a message to Dreamweaver page export which describes where the page has been exported.
Added Wizard link to Add Store in the Left Navigation menu.
Updated the store wizards to have consistent look with the rest of the software.

Fixed the Launchpad Home shortcut to properly map View Affiliates, System and Utility links.
Removed Specify Link option from the Launchpad Home configuration.
Fixed the Launchpad Button shortcuts to properly map View Affiliates, System and Utility links.
Launchpad Logo should now be hidden when there are no stores available.
The Upgrade Wizard pop-up now works properly if the Launchpad home page has been changed.
Fixed some HTML issues in Left Navigation which caused various browsers to load it improperly.
Removed duplicate CSS declarations in Admin.
Fixed a runtime bug that caused $0.00 orders in the event the customer is on the OPAY page and finishes the order after his/her basket has expired.
Fixed a bug that prevented product attributes from showing up on the Upsale screen.
