Beta 3 CSS Basket Contents

The basket charges row only has 4 cells while the rest of the basket contents has 5. Hence, the &mvt:charge:formatted_disp_amt; is in the 4th column which does not line up with the other totals. It is better than it was in beta 2 but still not right.

I believe Dave is aware of the Basket Contents issue.
It's actually the only outstanding issue he didn't get a chance to finish for Beta 3.

He was able to make it tables so that fixed many issues. But in one of the cells he has colspan="2". It should be colspan="3"

And this is only on the basket screen. The checkout screens looked ok.
