Error on SEO settings

Not really a beta error but the 5.5 main forum is already getting busy so posting it here.

5.5 production update, if there is no store added yet, the Domain Settings -> SEO Settings screen has this error:

I get the same error, but only when logged in securely. I do not have the problem when logged in insecurely.

I believe we fixed this yesterday and will stream it with the patches next week.
