Admin Tree suggestion

Not a huge deal at all, but after having trouble finding the Cat Tree Template; I think the admin cat tree ought to have a parent category that has sublist of all the template areas.

Some templates are different depending on the page they are accessed from. For example the attribute template used on the PROD page can be different from the CTGY page. Hence, the template could not be in a drop down list of templates as it has to pass the specific page it is being called from.

Global templates that are the same across all pages are already listed by clicking your store name.
