Extras button in admin inconsistency

In the order fulfillment and system extensions settings menu at the top right are two buttons: Extras and Help. The Extras button makes no sense. It goes to MivaCentral to a category that is not selectable when partners add products to MivaCentral. SADMIN+-X A few enterprising folks have figured out how to get products in that category so that store owners clicking on the Extras button in two main menus will see their products. The joke is that all of the products on the page are MM version 4x. This button needs to work correctly. Since there is no category of order fulfillment or system extension, it should go to the generic MM5 link http://www.mivacentral.com/mm5.mv or at the very least, the storefront. Likewise the other menu Extras button should be filtered so only MM5 modules display, eg under Logging displays many MM4 modules.
