Beta of CSS Framework

Attached to this message is the Beta of the CSS Framework.

This framework is being released to encourage development of Skins for Miva Merchant based on changing the CSS of the store, thus leaving any third party modules or other SMT customizations in place while still leaving the flexibility to completely change the look and feel.

Not much. The related products product list on the PROD page was still in HTML so that's been updated with css. Also, I added a <br /> in the OCST Customer Field screen to prevent the layout from breaking in IE 6 when the screen reports an error.

We tried to download the 2nd file 33.4KB and we get an error about
invalid package file.

Please Advise.

Sorry I didnt realize you had to just upload this pkg file into the store directly i was trying to open it on the desktop LOL

My apologies if this is a sub-basic question, but how do you install the package? I've uploaded it to the Frameworks subdirectory, but don't see any installation utilities associated with frameworks in the admin interface.

You upload it and install it via the admin of the store (not via FTP). Click on the name of your store, then click Frameworks, it should be intuitive from there.

Is this still considered "beta"? I don't remember seeing a posting of the final product.

The one posted here is, but it's included in 5.5 now and officially supported. If you've run all of your updates in 5.5 you'll have the latest one.
